John “Jack” Kukura IIIJack serves as the President and CEO of Marble Cliff Capital. Jack has been involved in the affordable housing industry for over 34 years and has been responsible for the underwriting, structuring, and management of 58 low-income housing tax credit equity funds totaling more than $4.75 billion. Jack has worked extensively in underwriting and development and most recently was the Chief Investment Officer of a large Midwest-based syndicator. Jack currently serves on several not-for-profit and advisory boards and has been actively involved in his community. Jack is also currently serving on the Advisory Board for The Center for Real Estate at The Ohio State University. He lives in Marble Cliff, Ohio with his wife and two daughters and has a bachelor’s degree in Business from The Ohio State University. Brian GraneyBrian is a principal at Marble Cliff Capital (MCC). Brian is responsible for finding and signing up new investors and working with existing investors in an investor relations capacity. Brian is also taking the lead on for the acquisitions of projects as well as cultivating and managing developer relationships. Brian served in a similar role as Vice President of Fund Management at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH). He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Options for Supported Housing (FFC), a social enterprise non-profit with a focus on providing safe, quality community housing that improves quality of life for people with developmental disabilities. Brian is also currently serving on the Advisory Board for The Center for Real Estate at The Ohio State University. Brian holds a J.D/M.B.A. (Banking & Finance concentration) from Case Western Reserve University (cum laude) and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Miami University (Oxford), cum laude. |
